Online Purchases Policy:

Refund Policy: Orders shipped to your home can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. You can return items via mail or to any Shoe Plus Retail location.

Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item, you can ship it back to us via mail. Please inform us of your exchange request via email or include a note inside the shoe box detailing your preferred exchange item. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship out your requested item. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, you can visit one of our locations for assistance with exchanges.

Return Requirements:

• If shipping the item via mail, ensure it is unworn, in the original shoe box (enclosed in a protective shipping box), and include a copy of your invoice.
• When returning to a Shoe Plus Retail location, ensure the item is unworn, in the original shoe box, and bring along the original invoice included in the shipment, as well as the original credit card used for the purchase. Failure to meet any of these requirements may impede our ability to process your refund.

Shipping Instructions: We recommend securely packaging your return shipment and sending it via registered mail or courier, as the product remains your responsibility until processed by Shoe Plus.
